This Retreat is held in the natural area of San Mateo, one of the hidden treasures in the countryside of Ibiza. In quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Stay in a friendly and cozy typical Ibicencan house, Can Cosmi Prats. Practice daily yoga and meditation, cleanse your body, mind and spirit by eating local, vegetarian dishes, getting good sleep and calm your nervous system with supported relations, body connection, clean air and a nurturing environment.

Start every day with an energetic Vinyasa Flow yoga practice., pranayama and meditation and slow down your body, mind and spirit at an evening Yin Yoga, restorative class or workshop. We will be exploring other fun and self-growth oriented activities like Gestalt  practice, vision board art and dance.

• Additionally, you can choose from a range of deeply healing treatments. A more physical 'hands on' therapy like massage to alternative therapies like, Family constellations, Gestalt or Akashic records.

• A cooking class will be offered; simple vegetarian dishes from Phillip Burrus, a chef from California expert in farm to table, organic, local dining.

The Venue

 

Welcome to the agrotourism in Ibiza, in a rural and charming hotel called Can Cosmi Prats.

 

The hotel has got a nice outdoor dining room and a community hall, as well as a beautiful garden and a swimming pool where it is possible to relax enjoying the freetime.

Furthermore, you can walk the land it owns the farm, surrounded by fruit trees, and visit our organic garden where all the ingredients for our breakfast come from.

 

Our agroturism hotel has got Wi-Fi connection and a barbecue for common use.

Every room includes a television and air conditioning with a private bathroom. Our suite also counts with a private terrace and "king size" bed.

Teacher

 

Isabel has been teaching yoga for over a decade in the U.S. and in Spain. She leads yoga workshops, personal growth groups and retreats in Spain and the U.S.

 

She completed her instructor training in Los Angeles, California (500h Yoga Alliance certified) studying Vinyasa Flow yoga and Therapeutics.  In 2008, Isabel traveled to India to study Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga.

 

In 2012 she was led to Esalen (the Institute of the Human development), in Big Sur, CA, by her strong thirst for knowledge, of both self and the world.  She is also Massage Therapist, certified in Esalen Massage and Deep tissue.

 

Student and practitioner of Gestalt Awarness Practice, belgons to Tribal Group lead by Christine Price and Dorothy Charles.

 

¨For me the practice of yoga is another tool for self exploration and personal growth. I believe in being inclusive with every feeling, experience or person that comes into our lives. Yoga had helped me to have more capacity in every sense, to live a fuller, more grounded life, and to love more and better” I hope that for my students. And the journey continues..
